Ceramic Sand Granulator Introduction:
According to the experience of the ceramsite industry and the exploration and analysis of research institutions, in order to fire qualified ceramsite, there are certain requirements for its composition before firing. Therefore, after analyzing the composition of the main raw material of ceramsite, it is necessary to add some auxiliary materials to make It meets the requirements. Taking the raw material preparation of Chongqing Yongchuan Project as an example, it uses two materials, namely sludge and shale.
Through the preliminary treatment of the raw materials, the two raw materials must be measured and proportioned. The process flow is: the sludge is sent to the sludge tank for storage, and the sludge is sent to the sludge receiving hopper through the grab crane and subjected to the hopper and screw conveyor. After the weightlessness scale is measured, it is sent to the double-shaft mixer by another screw conveyor; the shale powder is measured by the screw weighing scale under the powder bin, and is also sent to the double-shaft mixer through the scraper conveyor. After the two materials are evenly mixed in the double-shaft mixer, they enter the aging bin through the belt conveyor for aging for 7-15 days. The aged materials are taken out by the reclaimer and sent to the granulation section through the belt conveyor.
In this process, two aspects need to be considered at the same time. One is that the composition of the two raw materials meets the requirements, and the other is that the moisture meets the requirements. The composition requirement takes precedence over the moisture requirement. Through the preliminary analysis of ingredients, the ratio of sludge and shale is determined. After the two are measured, they are stirred evenly and sent to the aging warehouse. The aging process is also called the homogenization process, and the purpose is to pass the raw materials A series of physical and chemical reactions between the two to achieve the refinement and mixing of the raw materials in the microscopic field, so that the composition of the mixture before entering the kiln is uniform and stable, and can stabilize the working conditions of the kiln.
