Introduction of Ore Dressing Line

Ore Dressing Line Production Process
1. Crushing & Grinding
Primary Crushing: Large rocks are reduced to smaller pieces (100–250 mm) using jaw or gyratory crushers.
Secondary & Tertiary Crushing: Cone crushers or impact crushers further reduce ore to 10–20 mm.
Grinding (Ball Mill / SAG Mill): Ore is ground into fine particles (75–150 microns) for liberation.
2. Classification (Screening & Hydrocyclones)
Separates particles by size (coarse vs. fine) for optimal downstream processing.
3. Gravity Separation (Optional)
Used for heavy minerals (gold, tungsten, tin) via jigs, spirals, or shaking tables.
4. Froth Flotation (Key Step for Sulfides & Oxides)
Chemicals (collectors, frothers) help separate hydrophobic minerals (e.g., Cu, Pb, Zn) from gangue.
