Product Introduction
With multiple revolutionary patent technologies, ZK CORP's rotary kiln is arranged in a more optimized manner and runs stably with a high rotating speed. It has a high individual productivity and is strongly adaptive to the fuels, reducing power and heat consumption efficiently. For C-HOPE's rotary kiln, three-pier kiln and two-pier kiln are available for option, or it can be tailored to fit the owner's needs. C-HOPE's rotary kiln can achieve a rotating speed higher than 4.5r/min, creating larger space for the owner to improve productivity.
 
(1) For the drive system, two schemes, i.e. direct current speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation, are available for the clients to choose, and the speed can be increased to 4.5r/min.
 
(2) Considering the requirements for increasing the productivity and speed of the new dry-method cement kiln and the obvious increase in kiln heat load and material load, the barrel at the burning zone adopts the high-quality boiler steel plate and its design is also optimized.
 
(3) The designs have been optimized for the drive parameters, intensity and service life of the rotary kiln. The small gear wheels adopt the 34CrNi3Mo materials which are of better performance and the big gear rings are subject to the intensified treatment in order to reinforce the stress performance ad service life of the gear wheels.
 
(4) The base plate is set between the drive tangential spring plate and the barrel in order to increase the drive area and mitigate the influences on the barrel's firebricks. The base plate adopts a structure which is easy to replace. Also, its reasonable design and simple structure streamline the replacement process without damaging the barrel.
 
(5) As the adoption of the patented optimized riding wheel bearing bush technology and the thorough cooling pipeline technology, the influences on the temperature of bearing bush imposed by the barrel's radiant heat are remitted effectively. On these grounds, the bearing bush is enhanced in the cooling capacity and gets sufficient protection.
 
(6) For the sealing of the kiln outlet, the traditional face sealing by the gravity tension is elevated to be fish-scale flexible sealing. The sealing of both the kiln inlet and outlet adopts the radial sealing by the spring piece, which is simple in the structure and runs reliably and performs well in absorption of axial expansion and the barrel's droop deflection.
 
(7) As the adoption of the patent technology, the tyre cooling device effectively improves heat dissipation of the barrel at the lower part of the tyre and thus prevents the binding of the kiln neck.
 
(8) The cold air jacket at the kiln inlet adopts the SS materials of wear resisting and heat resisting so as to improve the service life of the kiln inlet's inlet.
 
(9) The rotary kiln's drive system adopts the diaphragm coupler which can absorb the impact partially and ensure a more stable operation of the rotary kiln.
