Contaminated Soil LECA Production Line Introduction:
Contaminated soil is waste produced in modern industrial production. Due to unorganized discharge or failure of the discharge system, it penetrates into the soil layer, causing changes in the physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of the soil, directly affecting engineering activities or harmful to humans. Health, animal reproduction, plant growth, etc. With the implementation of my country's environmental protection policies, everyone is exploring how to dispose of contaminated soil in a harmless, resource-based and stable manner as solid waste.
Through the analysis of contaminated soil and continuous small and pilot tests, our experimental center has explored a way to use rotary kilns to bake ceramics, and truly realize the harmlessness, resource utilization and stability of contaminated soil disposal.
Production capacity: 50,000-600,000 (m³/a)
Calcination temperature: 1100-1200℃
Main equipment: plug-in rotary kiln, single-cylinder cooler, vertical cooler, roller crusher, twin-shaft mixer, double-roller granulator, stone removal machine, secondary shaping machine
How to Produce the LECA Ceramisite
Contaminated soil undergoes preliminary stone removal, coarse crushing, fine crushing, batching, mixing, aging, granulation, calcination, and cooling to form building ceramsite. Due to the high temperature stay in the rotary kiln for more than 30 minutes and the calcination at about 1100°C, some heavy metals in the contaminated soil are wrapped and oxidized and reduced to form stable chemical elements, thereby achieving the purpose of solidification. The produced ceramsite can be used in building blocks, wall panels, bathroom backfill, garage roof backfill, roof leveling, square tiles, flower cultivation, etc., while achieving resource utilization and stabilization, reducing pollution. Soil disposal points to a path to sustainable development.
Our Advantages:
The main goal is to achieve the reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization of contaminated soil, sludge or solid waste disposal
1. Our company combines the secondary combustion chamber technology of hazardous waste incineration with the smoke chamber at the end of the ceramsite production kiln, and exchanges the waste heat, which is then used for drying general solid waste, reducing energy waste and exploring ways to deal with flue gas.
2. Provide complete industry chain services from overall project planning to detailed process formulation, process design, equipment design and manufacturing, engineering installation, commissioning, etc., with complete solid and hazardous waste treatment system solutions
3. The company's pilot test line can conduct raw material analysis, formula design, sample preparation, roasting, small tests, and pilot tests of various sludge ceramsites.
