Equipment production process:

The process of producing ceramsite in this production line is: automatic feeding system → integrated calcination system → gas environmental protection treatment system.

The material is automatically transported to the screw conveyor by the feeding system, and then enters the rotary kiln through the screw conveyor. Since the cylinder rotates slowly at an inclination angle of 3.5%, the material in the cylinder moves from the feeding device to the unloading device along the axis of the cylinder while the cylinder rotates. The natural gas burner is installed on the rotary kiln head, and the high temperature gas generated by the flame combustion is fully exchanged with the material from the kiln tail, and flows from the kiln head to the kiln tail. Heat is transferred to the material by convection and conduction, and the wet material is dried and calcined during the movement. The exhaust gas from calcination enters the treatment system through the exhaust pipe at the kiln tail cover. The calcined material enters the single-cylinder cooler, and is transported to the silo by the belt conveyor after cooling.
