3.Cause of dust generation at discharge outlet
The stone after grinding needs to enter the conveyor through the discharge port. Because there is a certain drop between the feed port and the discharge port, part of the stone will flow into the air. At the same time, during the movement of the conveyor, the stone powder will rise and spread around.
In order to effectively solve the dust problem of superfine pulverizer, it is not only necessary to optimize and improve the local structure of the equipment, but also to control the dust source with certain external force to avoid the further diffusion of dust. A sealing cover is arranged at the source of dust, and a water spray and dust suction device are arranged at the same time.
