The cyclone dust collector is to enter the dust collector from the tangential inlet of the dust-containing airflow. The airflow rotates in the dust collector. The dust particles in the airflow move to the outer wall under the action of the centrifugal force and reach the wall surface. The wall falls into the ash hopper to achieve separation. The factors affecting the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector are as follows:
3. The diameter and height ratio of the cyclone cylinder
At the same tangential speed, the smaller the diameter of the cylinder, the greater the centrifugal force and the higher the dust removal efficiency. If the diameter of the cylinder is too small and the particles can easily escape, the dust removal efficiency will be lower. Therefore, the diameter of the air inlet of the dust collector is not easy to be too large. It can be appropriate, and the near air inlet cannot be too small. When the dust particles are large, the air inlet is likely to block.
4. The proper lengthening of the cyclone cones
The proper lengthening of the cyclone cones is also beneficial to improve the dust removal efficiency
5. The influence of the diameter and depth of the ash outlet
The smaller the diameter of the ash outlet, the smaller the airflow, the greater the difficulty of dust discharge, so the speed and diameter of the outlet exhaust should be accelerated.e material, it will resist higher temperature than 400℃.
6. The tightness of the lower part of the dust collector
There are generally two types of double flap valves or star-shaped dischargers in the air lock of the lower part of the dust collector. The internal static pressure of the dust collector gradually decreases from the outer wall to the center. Even if the dust collector is under positive pressure, the bottom of the cone may be under negative pressure. Inadequate air leakage at the lower part of the dust collector will take away the dust that fell into the ash hopper and the dust removal efficiency will be significantly reduced. When the amount of air leakage reaches 15% of the air volume processed by the dust collector, the dust removal efficiency is almost reduced to zero.
7. The temperature of the gas
The viscosity of the gas increases as the temperature rises, increasing the centripetal force on the dust particles. The separation efficiency will decrease, so the efficiency of the dust collector of the cyclone will decrease as the temperature or viscosity of the gas increases.
