Rotary Kiln Limestone Calcination Kiln incinerator for Cement
Cement rotary kiln is used for calcination clinker from limestone, clay etc to produce cement. To achieve consistent quality results, it is important to maintain a uniform product temperature at the kiln entry, mid zone, and discharge. In most rotary kilns, the challenge with temperature process control is that the temperature sensor must view through flames or heavy smoke and dust. Consequently, when selecting a sensor, the design, wavelength, and alignment are all important considerations.
Our high-performance dual-wavelength sensors offer unequalled performance for accurate and repeatable measurements on cement kiln applications. These sensors can operate properly when the target energy signal is diluted over 99% by such things as dust and smoke. To effectively measure targets through flames, the 1400 and 4400 Series are recommended. These single-wavelength sensors utilize a very narrow band 3.8 micron filter that provides unequalled performance with measurements through flames.
Cement Kiln Structure
1. Support device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating device.
2. Catch wheel: including mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure catch wheel.
3. Gears: single or double. The rotating speed is controlled by regulating motor, DC motor or variable frequency and speed regulation motor. Be reliable, energy-saving and efficient.
4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. Its structure is simple, replacement is convenient and it won’t hurt cylinder when it needs a change.
5. Sealing equipment: there are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, graphite block sealing and combination for above. The feature is adaptive for cylinder rotating and swing. And sealing effect is very good.
6. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type.
Cement Rotary Kiln Advantages:
1.New type technology is adopted by main driving system. Compared with traditional magnetic and DC speed regulation, its main driving system has the advantages like energy saving, environmental, wide speeding adjusting range, high performance and stable operation.
2.After the welding of bases for supporting devices of supporting roller and catching roller, vibration aging treatment should be applied for remove the welding stress. Then, use vertical lathe and boring-milling machine for integration fabrication. This process can guarantee the requirement of fabrication precision and dimension & location tolerance. Installation accuracy of rotary kiln is obviously improved.
3.Large torque, low energy consumption. As the spiral without shaft, the material is not easy to plug, the discharge port is not blocked, which can be lower speed operation, smooth transmission, reduce energy consumption. The torque can be 4000N / m.
4.Large conveying capacity. The capacity is 1.5 times as the traditional shaft screw conveyor with the same diameter. Long conveying distance and ultra-long distance transport materials. The conveying length can reach 30 meters, which also can be adjusted according to user needs and installed by multi-level series.
