Pulverized Coal Burner Introduction:
Pulverized coal burner can make pulverized coal fully burn at a short time and produce high temperature vortex. It can be divided into three types according to the usage:
1. pulverized coal burner for rotary kiln;
2. pulverized coal burner for boilers;
3. pulverized coal burner for asphalt mixing plant. It’s specially designed with multistage multi nozzel air guide structure which produces high temperature vortex in a short time. It has several strong points, such as complete combustion, high heat utilization ratio, dust and smoke removal, high efficiency, energy saving, working condition improvement and lowering labor intensity. It’s an ideal product for environmental protection. It’s applied to all dryer boiler, rotary kiln boiler, annealing furnace, metal heating furnace, quenching furnace, precision casting sintering furnace, melting furnace, forging furnace and other heating boilers.
Coal Powder Mini Burners Working Principle:
Qualified coal powder (with fineness of 88-μm and screen residue of less than 10%) enters into the convey pump and then into the burner along the air of the draught fan. The air for coal feeding is provided by Roots fan and is adjusted by the aperture of the valve on the tube according to the air volume. The adjustment can be stopped after the burning is stable. In the rotary kiln, the mixing ratio of coal powder and the air mainly depends on the mixing of coal powder and the secondary air. The stronger of outlet momentum and cyclone intensity of the first air are, the more secondary air can be absorbed. The intensity of the first air is related to the proportion of inner and outer air. Thus, adjusting the proportion of the inner and outer air volume is the key to achieve ideal combustion of the mixing between coal powder and combustion-supporting air. The clean air is the sum of inner, outer and center air (four air channels) and flows into the inner, outer and central air tube by exclusive draught fan adjusting air volume and pressure. To meet the requirements of forging condition, the proportion of the first air volume and inner and outer volume should be adjusted in time while other distributions should be adjusted by butterfly valve. The first air volume is controlled by different aperture of three air channel valves. Pulverized coal burner is installed on the walking trolley which is on the track. It moves back and forth by the adjustment structure. The oil burner is placed in the center tube for primary ignition. It mainly uses high pressure oil and compressed air and the oil will be atomized and be sprayed under the action of compressed air.
Cement Kiln Burner Performance Characteristics:
1.Coal powder stays a long time in the high temperature zone. Thus, the discharging is direct without smoke and with high combustion efficiency, in steam smoke;
2.The time of rising temperature is reduced with high heat efficiency and less requirements for coal and wide applicable scope for various coal as well as high economic benefit;
3.Easy for ignition, fast rising temperature and high efficiency;
4.Air volume and coal feed volume can be adjusted according to requirements. The temperature of the furnace and the flame length are also adjustable within a wider range to meet the actual needs;
5.Even temperature field inside the coal powder burner, large heating area, no adhesion of slag onto the surface of components and good quality.
