Limestone Rotary Dryer Introduction:
Rotary industrial drying equipment is traditional and reliable drying equipment, the material will be lifted up and fallen down by the lifting plates inside of the cylinder while the cylinder is rotating, the moisture in the material is continuously evaporated when the material contacts with the hot wind inside of the cylinder, to achieve the purpose of drying materials. It is suitable for drying sludge, coal, sand, animal dung, fly ash, clay, coal slime, ore, steel slag, quartz sand, kaolin clay, bentonite, desulfurization gypsum, compound fertilizer, etc.
Structure of Rotary Dryer:
A rotary dryer machine is mainly composed of cylinder, front roller ring, back roller ring, gear, catch roller, riding roller, pinion, discharging part, lifting board, reducer, motor, hot air pipe, feeding chute and blast furnace. In addition, according to the specific need of the customers, it can also be equipped with gas generator, combustion room or bucket elevator, belt conveyor, quantitative feeder machine, cyclone dust collector and air inducing machine.
Working Principle of Rotary Dryer:
Wet material from the belt conveyor or bucket elevator to the hopper, and then by feeder feeding through the feeding device into the terminal. Rotary dryer cylinder into a slightly tilted to the horizontal rotating cylinder. Adding material from the higher end, low-end entry by the heat carrier, and the material into a counter-current contact, but also heat carrier and the material together and flow into the cylinder. With the rotating cylinder, the material runs by gravity to a more bottom end. Wet material in the cylinder body to move forward the process, directly or indirectly heating the heat carrier, the wet material to dry, and then the discharge end by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor sent.
Performance Characteristics:
1. The operation parameters can be changed according to the different material properties, the material in the dryer cylinder can form stable material curtain, to make the heat exchange more fully;
2. New feeding and discharging device, put an end to the phenomenon of the plug in feeding, incontinuity, nonuniform and material return of traditional dryer, and reduce the load of dust removal system;
3. Counterflow drying method, it can obtain higher evaporation intensity; downstream drying method and indirect drying method are suitable for drying materials which are sensitive to temperature;
4. Fuel can be diesel oil, heavy oil, and natural gas, gas, coal, electricity and biomass particles for environmental protection;
5. It makes use of waste to produce useful product, like fertilizer, concrete aggregate etc. That is to say, this machine is environmental friendly.
