Pulse Jet Bag-House Introduction:

Using compressed air as power of dust clean to release compressed air instantaneously through pulse jet mechanism, inducing times of secondary air to shoot into the filter bag in high speed to bulge the filter bag quickly, thus removing the dust through impact, shake and reverse flow.


Nozzle Reverse Flow Bag-House:

With reverse flow supplied by the high pressure fan or air compressor, deforming and shaking the filter bag and penetrating the filter bag through the movable nozzle, thus removing the dust.(All are in non-section structure.)


Section Reverse Flow Bag-House:

Through section structure, changing air flow cell by cell with valves to collapse or bulge the filter bag at the action of reverse flow, thus removing the dust.

Mechanical Shake Bag-House:

Using mechanical device(including manual, electro-magnetic or pneumatic device) to shake the filter bag, thus removing the dust. It has two types of structure, non-section structure for intermittent operation and section structure for continuous operation.


Combined Shake with Reverse Flow Bag-House:

Combining two methods of mechanical shake(including electro-magnetic shake or pneumatic shake) and reverse flow to remove the dust.(Alii are in section structure.)

Dust Collector Our Advantages:

1. Advanced thin type lifting valve and off-line dust cleaning device can gurantee to collect the dust completely.

2. Reasonable design for air inlet evenly flow tube and dust hopper discharging device. This can resolve the problem the uneven air flow of each chamber.

3. Bigger volume air bag can be suitable for both high pressure and low pressure air supply.

4. Spring increase type is adopted on the top of filtering bag. It has the advanages like good sealing performance, easy and fast bag replacing, bag replacing outside the bag filter.

5. Design of filtering bag is different according to different industry and application. The fabrication standards are increased at approx. 50% based on the industry standard.

6. Solenoid pulse vale adpots high quality raw materia. Its mebrane has longer using life.

7. Control system adpots advanded controller. It has 3 controlling methods: pressure difference, timing and manual. Offline valve, pulse valve and ash discharging valve are auotmatically controlled by the system.
