Lime rotary kiln Introduction
The limestone is preheated by the high-temperature flue gas of the preheater and enters the rotary kiln body through the transfer chute. The fuel is injected into the kiln body from the kiln head by the burner for combustion. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the rotary kiln cylinder, the material rolls along the cylinder and moves toward the lower end of the kiln head. After further preheating, decomposition, high temperature firing and other processes in the kiln, it is calcined into quicklime, and then enters the vertical cooler from the lower part of the kiln head discharge device.
The lime rotary kiln is mainly composed of a transmission device, a supporting device of supporting roller, supporting device of catch wheel, cylinder, kiln head, kiln tail and a sealing device.
Supporting device: The supporting device plays a supporting role on the cylinder. There is a certain gap between the wheel belt and the cylinder pad to ensure that the belt is tightly clamped on the cylinder after thermal expansion. During maintenance, the plate can be pulled out and replaced with a new pad, which is convenient for maintenance and simple in operation.
Transmission device: The transmission system adopts frequency conversion speed regulation motor, and the speed regulation range is large, so as to increase capacity. The auxiliary transmission mechanism is composed of an oil extractor and a reducer, etc., The cylinder body of the rotary kiln can be operated normally in the case of power failure, to prevent the cylinder body from being deformed under the condition of sudden power failure, and is beneficial to the repair and maintenance of the rotary kiln.
Sealing device: heat-resistant steel and heat-resistant steel flakes are used for sealing to reduce the air leakage of the kiln head and kiln tail. In order to ensure the sealing effect, the scales should be regularly inspected for wear, adjusted and replaced in time to ensure that the scales and cylinder friction ring are tightly fitted.
Cylinder kiln head guard: The cylinder kiln head is made of heat-resistant cast iron, which can withstand high temperature around 800 ℃, with strong heat resistance and long service life.
