Lime rotary kiln Introduction
Lime rotary kiln is a key equipment of lime calcination production process. It has the characteristics of wide combustion space and thermal field, which can fully burn the fuel, and has a uniform temperature field as a heat exchange device, which can meet the requirements of limestone calcination. And as a reactor can meet the heat, temperature and time requirements of lime formation.
Lime rotary kiln is a vertical preheater rotary kiln. The kiln cylinder is made of high-quality carbon steel plate and the cylinder is on the wheel support device. A large gear ring is fixed in the transmission part of the cylinder, and the cylinder rotation is realized by the frequency conversion speed regulating motor driving the reducer, the pinion gear, and the large gear ring.
The limestone is preheated by the high-temperature flue gas of the preheater and enters the rotary kiln body through the transfer chute. The fuel is injected into the kiln body from the kiln head by the burner for combustion. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the rotary kiln cylinder, the material rolls along the cylinder and moves toward the lower end of the kiln head. After further preheating, decomposition, high temperature firing and other processes in the kiln, it is calcined into quicklime, and then enters the vertical cooler from the lower part of the kiln head discharge device.
